By visiting our site, purchasing our jewelry (Rings, Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces, Anklets, Belly Chains, Belly Bars, Ear Cuffs), or engaging with any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
2. Product Information & Availability
2.1 We strive to display colors, dimensions, and materials accurately; slight variations may occur due to screen settings or artisanal finishing.
2.2 Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees.
3.2 We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and approved digital-wallet methods. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method.
3.3 PayPal Refund Timing – Refunds to PayPal accounts are processed no earlier than 14 calendar days after receipt of eligible returns; where local law mandates, refunds may take up to 30 days.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout; actual times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or force majeure.
4.2 Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds

6.1 The “Jewelry Refresh Club” delivers quarterly bundles. Fees are billed in advance; you may pause or cancel via your account before the next billing cycle.
6.2 Unreturned swap items by the due date will be considered purchased at the prevailing list price.
7. Digital Assets & NFTs
7.1 Purchases of NFT-backed “Meta Charms” grant you ownership of the corresponding token on the specified blockchain, subject to the smart-contract license terms.
7.2 Blockchain transactions are permanent and public; we cannot reverse transfers, restore lost keys, or guarantee future platform compatibility.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content—including designs, photographs, logos, CAD files, and modular clasp patents—is the exclusive property of Hong Kong Star Tripod Co., Limited or its licensors and protected by international IP laws.
8.2 You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. User Content
9.1 By posting reviews, photos, or other material (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, display, and adapt such content in connection with the Services and promotions.
9.2 You represent that you own or control all rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with security features; (c) upload malware; (d) engage in fraudulent returns; or (e) violate applicable export controls or sanctions.
11. Limited Warranty & Disclaimers
11.1 We warrant that physical products are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Normal wear, abuse, or unauthorized modifications are excluded.
11.2 Except for the express warranty above, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hong Kong Star Tripod Co., Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill), even if advised of such possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) HKD 5,000 or (b) the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hong Kong Star Tripod Co., Limited, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent forum.
15. Dispute Resolution (Optional Mediation & Arbitration)
Prior to litigation, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through mediation administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”). If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by e-mail or prominent site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any additional written agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hong Kong Star Tripod Co., Limited.
