14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason. Products must be:

  • unused, unaltered and unwashed

  • in original box/pouch with tags, inserts & gift wrapping intact

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order # or receipt)

Send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before shipping the parcel back.


Non-Returnable Items & Reasons

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery

  • Final-sale / clearance items marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout

  • Pierced body jewellery (earrings, ear cuffs, belly bars) if hygiene seal or poly-bag has been opened—health & safety regulations prohibit restocking

  • Items showing wear, scratches, perfume traces or other signs of use

  • Returns posted without a valid RMA number or beyond the 14-day window


Buyer-Paid Return Postage

Customers are responsible for outbound shipping costs when returning for change-of-mind. We strongly recommend a tracked & insured service; lost uninsured returns cannot be refunded.

Refunds are always credited to the payment channel originally used; we cannot redirect to alternative accounts.


Requests After the 14-Day Window

Return requests received 15–30 days after delivery are assessed case-by-case. If accepted, we may issue store credit equal to 80 % of the merchandise value after deducting handling fees. No returns are accepted beyond 30 days.

Checkout is available in EUR,GBP,USD,etc. and other major currencies. Your card issuer may levy conversion fees when paying in a non-native currency.


How to Return — Step-by-Step

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days to request an RMA.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging; write the RMA on the outside.

  3. Ship via a tracked & insured service; email the tracking number to us.

  4. Inspection (1–2 business days after arrival) — we confirm item condition.

  5. Refund issued to your original payment method (see Section 5).

  6. Confirmation email is sent; allow bank/PayPal posting time before funds appear.
